Welcome back for another six sentences. I think I'm going to give you something different. This week I'm letting you peek at a WIP called PRIDE RULES. It's a paranormal shifter romance. Here's a glimpse into the mind of the hero of the story, Darren Hamlin. He's following the heroine's scent through town and it has led him into a bookstore.
Romance novels?
Really? What self-respecting lioness would ever read a romance novel? Females
of the species were over-the-top feminists and didn’t want men around except
when they needed to breed. His own mother had told him ‘goodbye’ this year and ‘good
luck’. Fuck good luck!
